HOW TO PREVENT DEHYDRATION
The easiest way to avoid dehydration is to drink large amounts of liquid throughout the day, especially on hotter days, since the body is unable to produce the liquid it needs for its proper functioning. Adequate amounts of fluids are to be consumed, where water is usually the best choice, but it is also possible ensuring suficient hydration by consuming foods rich in water (milk, yogurt, chard, tomato, watermelon, broccoli, spinach, carrots, etc). If the loss of fluids is not replenished properly, a person may suffer from dehydration. In any case, the quantity of water for each individual varies according to the needs of the body, physical condition, age, sex, physical activity level or environmental conditions.
